Three of our favourite red wines:

Millberg Merlot Pinotage 14% (South Africa): medium to full bodied this is a lovely, drinkable red that goes as well with food as it does by the glass. Nice blackberry fruit flavours. (Sorry, this wine is currently unavailable).

Rayen Carmenere 13% (Chile): This is a big beast of a full bodied red. Dark and inky it shows just how good South Amrerican wine has become.

Fayolle Cabernet Merlot 12.5% (France): We use this wine a lot for functions when a light to medium bodied red is required. At only 12.5% ABV it does not pack a punch but instead offers lovely soft plummy flavours with some blackcurrentyness from the cabernet.

A great alternative to other well known EnglIsh mustards: the Taylor's is darker and smoother with a lovely rich flavour. I love it in a ham sandwich or with roast beef but it also makes a good addition to a salad dressing.

Pratt's Cold Pressed Extra Virgin rapeseed oil is the produce of a samll family farm in Hampshire. The oil comes from the first cold pressing of the finest rapeseed, grown, selected and harvested on the farm.
