We are happy to cater for all needs and likes including real cider, local real ale, interesting wines and of course champagne or sparkling wine. We pride ourselves in the service you receive - it really is a hassle-free night for you and your guests.
And it is not just evening events that we can help with! For 2006 and 2007 we have sucessfully organised the real ale and cider bar at the Salisbury Food Festival - and we are confirmed for 2008! The chance, once a year, to enjoy the market square surrounded by fine local food, stall-holders, interesting foods, real cider and of course beers that are normally absent from the city's pubs.
Organising any event takes time and so the more notice we have the better, and if it is to be a bar that serves alcohol we must apply for a TEN licence at least 10 working days before the event is due to take place. We would like to sit down with you either at the venue, or your home, or you can come here, to talk through all the details.
Our charges for events vary depending on where it is, whether it is for charity or private or business, how many staff are required and how many guests will be there. There may be additional factors such as offering a toast or you supplying your own drinks.
To give a rough idea, less than 100 people in a local hall for a birthday party, with everything supplied by us is £100.00 plus bar profits, whereas drinks for a supper party in your home might be £10.00 per hour per staff member. Please always contact us and we will be happy to help, and these charges are something we will discuss with you when we meet.
We do always ask the customer to pay the £21.00 charge for the TEN (if one is required) as this is a tax outside of our control. |
